This acceptance takes effect immediately and remains in force for as long as you hold an active account with kaos togel or use any of its services. kaos togel's failure to enforce any provision of these terms at any given time does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.

• Creating an account constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of all terms stated herein.
• Continued use following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• These terms are in Bahasa Melayu and are governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia.

All information provided must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. kaos togel reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information provided at any time.

3 Player Account

Your kaos togel account is strictly for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, rent, or grant access to your account to any other party under any circumstances. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kaos togel account password. It is recommended that you:

• Using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other account.
• Do not save your password on devices shared with others.
• Changing your password regularly as a proactive security measure.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) whenever this option is available.

Kaos togel is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. If kaos togel suspects that your account has been accessed without authorisation, we reserve the right to suspend the account pending a thorough investigation.

4 Deposits & Payments

Kaos togel accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all of which are legitimate and recognised Malaysian payment options:

• E-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow
• Online Banking: FPX via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks and other FPX member banks

Deposit limits are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM 10 per transaction
• Maximum deposit: Depending on account tier and limits set by the player
• Processing time: Deposits are processed instantly in most cases

All deposits to kaos togel must be made from an account or e-wallet registered in the player's own name. kaos togel does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from an unauthorised third party may be returned or subjected to further investigation.

Kaos togel does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own fees, which are beyond kaos togel's control. You are encouraged to review your preferred payment provider's terms before making a deposit.

5 Withdrawal

Kaos togel players are entitled to withdraw any eligible balance from their account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30 per withdrawal transaction
• Identity Verification: kaos togel reserves the right to request identity verification documents (a copy of your IC, utility bill, or bank statement) before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits or for accounts that have not yet undergone the KYC process.
• Processing time: Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) are processed within 15 minutes. Withdrawals via DuitNow or FPX take between 30 minutes and 2 hours depending on bank operating hours.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be processed back via the same deposit method used where possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.

Kaos togel reserves the right to delay or place a hold on withdrawals for the purposes of security review, identity verification, or investigation of suspicious activity. In such cases, kaos togel will notify the player within a reasonable timeframe and provide an appropriate explanation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Kaos togel offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and limits as outlined in each promotional offer. The general bonus terms for kaos togel are as follows:

• Rollover (wagering requirements): Each bonus carries its own rollover requirement that must be met before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 10x rollover means you must place a total of RM 1,000 in bets before you can withdraw funds tied to that bonus.
• Bonus validity period: All bonuses carry an expiry period as specified in the respective offer. Any bonus not utilised within the valid period will expire automatically with no compensation.
• One bonus per offer: Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, unless otherwise stated. Any attempt to claim the same bonus more than once is a breach of these terms.
• Bonus eligibility: kaos togel reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion and may decline or cancel a bonus offer under certain circumstances.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, coordinating bets with other players to meet rollover requirements with minimal risk, or any form of bonus system exploitation — is strictly prohibited. kaos togel reserves the right to void all bonuses, bonus-related winnings and suspend accounts in proven cases of abuse.

Kaos togel also reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Players are advised to check the Promotions regularly for the latest information on all active offers.

7 Game Rules

All games offered on kaos togel — including slots, Live Casino, roulette, table games and progressive jackpots — are governed by the individual game rules stated within each respective game. The general rules applicable to all games on kaos togel are:

• Final results: The outcome of all games on kaos togel, whether determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) or a live physical dealer, is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• Technical failure: In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session that prevents a game outcome from being clearly determined, kaos togel reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet: Each game has set minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.
• RNG and fairness: All RNG-based games on kaos togel use independently audited random number generators. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is as stated on that game's information page.

Players are not permitted to use any automated software, bots, third-party tools, or other unauthorised methods to play on kaos togel. The use of such methods constitutes a serious violation and may result in account termination and the forfeiture of all funds in the account.

The Sports Betting section of kaos togel is subject to additional terms specific to sports betting. Players using this section agree to abide by the following rules:

• Odds and markets: All odds displayed on the kaos togel platform are subject to change until the betting market closes. Bets that have been accepted and confirmed are not affected by any odds changes after confirmation.
• Bet settlement: All bets are settled based on official results issued by the relevant sporting body. For the Malaysia Super League, official results from the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) are referenced. For the EPL and international leagues, results from the respective official league governing body are used.
• Voided bets: Should an event be cancelled, postponed by more than 24 hours, or not concluded within the stipulated timeframe, all related bets will be refunded to players' accounts at odds of 1.00.
• Live betting: Live bets accepted while an event is in progress are subject to verification by the kaos togel team. kaos togel reserves the right to void any live bet accepted as a result of a system error or inaccurate odds display.

For esports including MPL Malaysia, PUBG Mobile, Mobile Legends, and Valorant, results are settled based on the official outcome announced by the tournament organiser. Any disputed results will be referred to the kaos togel Sports Betting team for final review.

• Session time limits: Players may set a time limit for each gaming session. A reminder will be displayed when the session time limit is approaching.
• Temporary self-exclusion: Players may request an account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a longer period as needed.
• Permanent self-exclusion: Players who wish to stop playing permanently may apply for a permanent account closure. Once enforced, this request cannot be reversed.
